• Your Chord Inversions poster will ship within two (2) weekdays.
• Note:  To save you shipping costs, these posters are folded to fit into a 10"x10" mailing package.

• DOMESTIC (inside U.S.):
  • Ships via USPS with tracking
  • When tracking shows as Delivered, any problems regarding delivery (e.g., damage, lost) must be resolved between the recipient and the local post office that handled the delivery
  • Due to porch/mailbox theft, I encourage you to closely monitor the tracking updates to ensure the package is not taken
  • I am not a corporation, I am a guy online who teaches music theory and is unable to troubleshoot delivery issues. And while the vast majority of packages are received without issue, mail delivery has inherent risks and each recipient's location has various levels of security

• INTERNATIONAL (outside U.S.):
  • We do not currently collect any taxes (charged by your government), customs duties, or fees; buyer must pay this tax upon delivery, where applicable.
    
  • PHONE NUMBER is how the carrier will likely contact you to resolve delivery issues. If they cannot contact you, you likely will not receive your package, and the carrier will not refund shipping.
  • International shipping is risky. We are small, and are unable to refund you for lost packages.
